ERP Links Overview:
Through the ERP link a rep can view the equipment a current customer has including accessories on each machine, all the machines in a Group Bill, meter history, account history, service history, service call count to see which machines have had the highest number of service calls, meter detail, contract detail and client service calls. The information can also be transferred into the TCO tab.
Lease Tracker Overview:
Compass Sales Solutions Lease Tracker Module (Located in the Accounts Tab) provides the advanced tools you need to accurately track your leases and alert your sales reps to follow up on expiring leases.
To Access the Lease Tracking Tool select the Lease Tracker option under the Modules dropdown menu in the Accounts screen.
Order Processing Overview:
The purpose of the Order Processing Module (Located in the Financials Tab) is so the Sales Rep can electronically submit a completed closed sales order, and then watch its progress through the Order Processing funnel.
Intelligent Device Mapper enables your Sales Team to present MPS solutions by showing visual device mapping on floor plan outlines. By scanning in a client’s current floor plan, the user has the ability to show the current layout of devices vs. the recommended layout, as well as the capability to map equipment and allocate volumes by dragging and dropping device icons where they want them. Intelligent Device Mapper can be accessed on any web enabled device which means users can strategize solutions not only in the office using Compass Sherpa, but at the customer’s site as well using a laptop or tablet computer.
SherpaGo enables your Sales Team to securely and easily access your client and prospect information in Sherpa, from any web enabled device. This feature allows for complete and secure access to your Sherpa database from the field using smart phones, PDA’s, iPads, Android tablets and any other device with web access. SherpaGo also allows you to view, edit & update client information, such as addresses, contacts, activities, and equipment while in the field. The data you view in SherpaGo is live information of the existing data from your full version of Sherpa at all times.
Evolved Office Integration:
The Evolved Office Interface is a proposal generation tool that allows Compass Sherpa users the ability to automatically import equipment images, customized product information, industry-specific content, and professional graphics from the Evolved Office Interface, directly into a personalized proposal that is tied directly into each Sherpa account.
Evolved Office Marketing Integration:
For mutual Compass Sales Solutions and Evolved Office Customers, Compass has developed an advanced marketing system. This new feature will allow you to run custom filters through Sherpa or your ERP system for target marketing, and create email blasts from a variety of templates that you can choose from Evolved Office. This new enhancement also allows you to report and track opens, closes, and bounces of all your email marketing campaigns you create. In addition activities can be created for Sales Reps and a graphing report can show immediate results.
The Account Approval feature allows accounts added by specific users to be placed in a "holding bin" until a user authorized approves the addition of the account to the database, and in turn the account can be accessed by the user who initially added it. There is no cost to have this Customization activated, however it must be "turned on" by the Compass Support as it is not a standard feature of the Sherpa product.
Integration with DocuSign will allow Sherpa users the ability to seamlessly manage the secured digital signing of proposals with recipients outside of an organization. This partnership will help Sherpa users automate back-end document processing to eliminate manual rekeying of data and associated errors, reduce operating costs associated with paper, ink, faxing, and mail, and also increase customer satisfaction with the convenience of signing agreements anytime, anywhere, on any device.
IT Services offers fields to make quoting, forecasting, and reporting on IT Services quicker and easier in Sherpa. This integration will allow you to price out new models and accessories along with the added flexibility to present combined IT Services and IT Hardware proposals. To Accommodate the frequent pricing changes within this industry, the module will feature live pricing, and inventory status from Synnex and TechData – no spreadsheet prepping or importing will be necessary. Options to create different pricing options, such as one-time fees, recurring fees, and pass-through fees are available and the flexibility to add as many different customizable fees as necessary.
Integration with SalesScoreKeeper allows users to submit to SSK from the Financials to submit their specific deal to SSK to calculate their commissions.
For Compass Customers that receive UCC information from EDA, the Excel spread sheet can be imported into Sherpa. Once imported the user can track lease expiration, view and import equipment into the customers TCO record to track current cost of ownership.
3 Tiered Pricinig:
Compass has added the capability of adding multiple service rates to models in the form of color tiers. These additional service rates will be visible throughout the process of proposal generation and will calculate into the final cost of the machines. Limited bookmarks have also been made available for these.
